Things you should know about your stay.
The Alpbacherhof Hotel is open from:

Our reception team is there for you daily from 07.30 am until 10 pm.
Check-in
On our day of arrival your room will be ready by 2 pm. If you are arriving after 7 pm please advise us.
Check-out
We ask for your understanding that check-out is 11 am on the day of your departure. It is possible to use our Nature Spa on the day of your departure at the costs of € 25/person until 15 pm, lunch buffet included.
The surcharge for a late check-out is € 30,- per person (only room) or € 55,- per person including lunch buffet (only available upon request and pending availability).
Deposit Payment
A deposit of 20 % of your agreed booking will confirm your holiday reservation making the agreement binding.
Date Changes
In the event of an early departure or delayed arrival, the entire price of reservation as booked will be included in the bill.
Cancellation policy for Summer 2022 and Winter 2022/23:
- up to 14 days before arrival no cancellation fee (except for Christmas 2022 and New Year 2022/23 and in February 2023 – for these times we allow cancellation without payment 21 days before arrival)
- 14 (21 days for Christmas and New Year and in February) days to 1 day before arrival 70 % of the original booking will be charge
- from 1 day before arrvial or no-show 90 % of the agreed arrangement price
Cancellations related to Covid-19:
Should your stay have to be cancelled in connection with Covid-19 due to the list below there is there is no charging:
- the borders with Austria will be closed due to Covid
- you come from an official risk area
- there is a travel warning for Austria or Tyrol
If you or a family member has tested positive for Covid-19 the European Travel Insurance Company covers all costs. That is why we recommend protecting yourself with the Hotel Cancellation Plus Insurance.
You reservation is considered confirmed when we receive your deposit payment of 20 % of your holiday arrengement. Choose between bank transfer to our account at Sparkasse Alpbach: IBAN: AT44 2050 8003 0000 3449, BIC: SPRTAT21XXX or payment by credit card. We will require the number and expiration date of your Visa or MasterCard.
We recommend protecting yourself with the Hotel Cancellation Plus Insurance policy (including helicopter rescue costs).

We offer to organise your insurance cover for you at no extra charge, if you wire the premium together with your deposit.
Superior Guest Accommodation
The prices are given, unless otherwise indicated, per person and per day including our excellent culinary choices and our superior guest services.
Surcharge for a single room
For single-room occupancy: for all home comfort room categories a surcharge of € 25,- will be incurred
Tourist Tax
We pay a local tourism tax of € 2,- per person per day to the tourist board. This is included in our room prices and all our package offers.

- Outdoor pool summer from 7.00 am to 7 pm
- Outdoor pool winter from 7.30 am to 7 pm
- Finnish Sauna, Aroma Steam Bath, Austrian Stone Pine Sauna, Salt Steam Bath from 10 am to 7 pm
- Adults Only Spa: theraputic warming Shell Chairs and relaxation room from 11 am to 8 pm
- Adults Only Spa: outdoor Panorama Whirlpool: Summer from 11 am to 8 pm, winter from 2 pm to 8 pm
- Adults Only Spa: Panorama Sauna, Wild Herbs Sauna, Steam Bath from 2 pm to 8 pm
- Beauty and vitality treatments from 9 am to 12 noon and from 2 pm to 7 pm
- Fitness Gym from 7 am to 10 pm
Our superior Spa Team spend time and effort on making your appointment time ready for you. If you are not able to honour your reservation please advise us, at the latest, 24 hours in advance allowing other guests to benefit. Short term cancellation will incur the full price of the treatment booked to your account with us.
We are happy to accommodate your dog by pre-arrangement. We ask for your understanding that only certain room categories are available in this instance. Please bring your pets own bedding and bowls. Pets are not allowed in: the dining rooms, Natur Spa and our surrounding gardens. Your dog may only be in the hotel-area with a leash. Cost per dog per day € 25.-
Yoga fans will find the perfect yoga hotel in Tyrol at the Alpbacherhof. Three times a week we invite our guests to relaxing yoga sessions with yoga instructor Jan:
Our yoga offer takes place three times a week:
- every Tuesday, from 5.00 pm to 6.30 pm
- every Thursday, from 08.00 am to 09.30 am
- every Saturday, from 08.00 am to 09.30 am (June to September)
The hotel can not be held responsible for any forgotten items. Return packages must be paid by the guest.

Offering a host of holiday benefits for our guests.
We have taken good care of your arrival by electric car: directly at the hotel we have two e-charging stations, with which you can easily charge your vehicles. We also provide you with e-bikes during your holiday. And should you stay longer than three days and travel by public transport, we will be happy to pick you up from the train station in Brixlegg and Jenbach and bring you back again, free of charge. Another treat is the Alpbachtal Card – one of our many included services – with which you can use the Regiobus free of charge.
Conditions for vouchers included in your holiday package:
The voucher can not, under any circumstances, be exchanged for monies or against your hotel bill. We advise that you pre-book your Spa treatment voucher included in your holiday package when confirming your reservation, in order to avoid disappointment. Subject to availability, your appointment can be changed during your stay.
Any treatment enjoyed and not included in your holiday package will be added to your hotel invoice. Any vouchers included within the framework of a holiday package that are not enjoyed will not be reimbursed to your hotel invoice or refunded financially. The services included within your holiday package are for our adult guests only. Children’s prices include their accommodation and their agreed board.
