Handmade bread using the Alpbach award winning Kristall Water – you can taste the quality.


Milk and yoghurt from the Zillertal Dairy
The milk is collected from summer farms and local farmers in the Zillertal and Alpbachtal regions and taken to the Zillertal Dairy in Mayrhofen where is is converted and processed under the highest quality control standards.


Meat and Sausage Specialities
Our meat is sourced from local farmers; alternatively we buy premium quality meat from local butchers we trust. Game comes from our own hunt.
