Disclaimer

Should a guest choose not to partake of an offer included in any package holiday, there will be no reduction from the Package Holiday price.

 

Half board

Every price given is per person per day based on the Hotel Alpbacherhof half board accommodation, unless otherwise stated.

 

Single room supplement

A double room with single occupancy use will incur an extra € 25,- added to the list price. Should the price on your booking confirmation differ from the list price, then we stand by the costs on the confirmation document.

 

Dogs

We ask for your understanding that only certain rooms are available for our guests who are pet owners. Please, do not take dogs into the restaurant.

 

Validity

At the release of the latest price lists, all previous prices become null and void.

 

Surcharges

All prices quoted are per person for a minimum stay of 3 days. Any stay booked for less than three days will incur a surcharge of € 10,- per person per day. Late check-out can be pre-booked at an extra charge of € 30,- and only due to availability.

 

Early departure

An early departure from the dates booked will not include a reduction from the price quoted on the booking confirmation. Your invoice will bill the agreed holiday dates.

 

Deposit repayment

A deposit paid will be refunded only when travel prevention /holiday cancellation is supported by a medical certificate.

 

Confirmation of booking

A reservation is only confirmed on receipt of a deposit totalling € 200,- per person. Payment can be: by bank transfer, by Eurocheque or by credit card. To take a credit card deposit we need your credit card number and expiry date. Credit cards accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.

 

Room availability on arrival

Your room will be ready for you from 14.00 hrs on the day of your arrival. If you are planning to arrive at the hotel after 19.00 hrs, we need notification.

 

Leave something behind

The Hotel Alpbacherhof takes no responsibility for any forgotten items.

 

Room request

We shall do our utmost to grant your request for specified rooms, subject to availability. Children's discount prices apply only when children are sharing the room of two full paying adults.
